A family in Wausau, WI is looking for a compassionate, dependable part-time caregiver to provide in-home support for their teenage child with special needs. Pay: $17.66/hourly

Schedule:

Thursday thru Saturday and every other Sunday.
Part-Time (hours to be set between the Parent and Caregiver).

Tasks:

Transfers.
Meal prep/Feeding.
Personal Cares.
Mobility.
ADL’s (bathing, grooming, dressing, etc).
Assist with medications, when needed.
Provide safety and companionship while encouraging activity.

Qualifications:

Reliable Transportation.
Prior experience working with individuals with physical disabilities is desired; however not required.
Must be at least 18 years of age at the start of employment.
Must pass background check.

*If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
